IMPORTANT PLEASE READ ALL THESE TERMS CAREFULLY AS IT IS VITAL YOU UNDERSTAND THEM :
We are a vehicle salvage operation, we sell damaged motor vehicles. All damaged vehicles are strictly sold as seen with no guarantee as to fitness of use. The purchaser is given every opportunity to inspect the vehicle to their satisfaction and he/she is responsible for ensuring that it complies with all current road traffic acts before using on the public highway.
The description we give over the phone or in person is a brief description only. We highly recommend that you view and inspect the vehicle before purchasing.
We do not guarantee any mileage and any private number plates as all vehicles are bought from insurance companies and are not personal vehicles.
The meaning of starts & drives - the phase starts and drives is strictly for loading purposes only. This also means when checked the vehicle started and drove, we do not guarantee the state of the engine and gearbox or that it will start and drive again, as these are damaged vehicles.
As a salvage provider we cannot be expected to know all the faults and damage to the vehicle, hence all vehicles should be inspected in person and not to rely solely on the pictures and description.
We are not responsible for any secondary damages caused to vehicles, we also do not guarantee any vehicle interior parts such as parcel shelfs, spare wheels, sat nav data maps, charging plugs ( for hybrid vehicles ) as every vehicle is stored elsewhere before we purchase, so please view before you buy.
Non collection - if a vehicle is not collected by the agreed date we reserve the right to retain any desposit and resell the vehicle as required.
It is the customer's responsibility to ascertain, confirm, research, inspect and/or investigate the damage and condition of the vehicle for sale to their satisfaction prior to making a purchase.
We advise you to bring a vehicle engineer or a mechanic to access the vehicle and damage as no warranty is given. Driving a damaged vehicle out of our premises is at drivers own risk. We accept no liability once the vehicle has left our premises. We advise collection of vehicles by recovery truck and not to be driven.
Please note vehicle details, specification, running costs, and performance information is prefilled by ebay and gumtree and may not be 100% accurate. Please do not rely on this information and do your own checks before you make a purchase. Reg and VIN numbers can be provided by phone or email.

Warranty
All vehicles sold over the phone or on the premises are sold as seen. The description we give over the phone, Ebay, website and Gumtree is a brief description only. All vehicles have been subject to a insurance claim, some vehicles may show HPI clear at a time of a check, but please beware all vehicles are and will eventually be recorded on HPI accordingly. ( Unless otherwise stated in writing ). Some vehicles may have been subject to a insurance claim more than once. Please do your own HPI checks to satisfy yourself.
The vehicles sold cannot be used on a public highway / roads until they have been fully repaired to a standard which will enable it to be driven on a public road and comply with all legal requirements.
If a vehicle has a MOT, this does not imply that the vehicle is safe to drive, as it may have become damaged after its MOT test. Therefore will need a new MOT test if necessary once repaired.
